We offer Polaris World property owners a comprehensive key-holding and property management service.

Our property management service includes weekly property checks, during which we will flush through the water systems, air the property and check for any problems. We also offer swimming pool maintenance contracts and we have qualified tradesmen available to rectify any issues or carry out improvements to your property when required. In addition we offer a call-out service for emergencies 24 hours a day.

Owners can also take advantage of our additional services which we offer to holiday guests, such as welcome packs or champagne and flowers on arrival. Owners also have free access to our on-line calendar system which they can use to book the property for friends and family.

EVEN IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO HOLIDAY-MAKERS, YOU SHOULD STILL USE OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR INVESTMENT IS LOOKED AFTER.

Our key-holding and property management service is ONLY £399.00 per year.
